Who we are
Kilnember Studio builds websites, landing pages and dashboards, and sets businesses up to be found on Google and Maps. Everything is priced in writing before we start.
What a quote covers
Each project has a written quote with the scope, price, dates and what is not included. Work outside the quote is priced in writing before we do it.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
50% to start, 30% when you approve the private preview, 20% before we connect your domain and launch.
To cancel, tell us in writing by email. Before you approve the private preview, we refund your advance minus a fixed fee of 20% of the project price, within 7 working days, in the currency you paid. After you approve the preview, payments already made cover work done and are not refunded, and everything paid for is yours.
Ownership of domain, hosting, files and accounts
Your domain is registered in your name from day 1. After the final payment we move the website, the hosting account and all files into your own accounts within 2 working days.
Your content and permissions
You confirm you have the right to the text, photos and logos you give us. We show your project as our work only with your written permission.
Delays and changes
Dates in the quote assume we receive your content on time. If content is late, the dates move by the same number of days.
Care plans and ending them
Care plans can be stopped with 30 days' notice. Unused edit hours do not roll over.
Liability limit
Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
